Having a travel and tourism job is a great opportunity to meet a lot of new friends. When you are assigned to your department, you will surely find a crew or two coming from the same country as yours and that is an instant friend. Companions on board are not hard to find as there are a lot of crews working alone or did not bring their friends with them.
There are tons of activities on board the cruise ship and by participating in these, you will make a friend. One of the activities that crews and passengers have are sports, the bars and the pool. One of the great ways to meet new friends on board is during meal time. Most cruise crews doesn't have the same time for their meals but they do take it on groups. Once you have your food time, share tables with your fellow crews and make friends along the way.
You can get on a cruise ship alone with out knowing anyone but get off it having lots of friends and groups.
